Irish Artist, Marty Garland is a native of Belfast, and has lived and worked in the Dundalk area since 1978, originally producing Graphics & Signage for the local business community. Traditionally an Artist of the pencil and brush variety, he has continued his artistic journey to include the camera and the computer, and to offer Fine Art Prints of his work on Fine Art Papers and Canvas.

Originally trained in the traditional skill of signwriting, Marty has a background in sign painting & screenprinting, and has produced hand painted signage, pictorials and gilded glasswork, as well as being an expert screenprinter, printing and designing images as diverse as decorative glass panels for gaming machines to display units for exhibition stands. He now utilizes the versatility of digital technology enabling him to produce beautifully vibrant prints of his original artwork.

He is also a musician and plays guitar and Irish tenor banjo and can be regularly found on a Saturday night with a few friends, playing Irish Traditional music. Call in to The Jockeys in Anne Street, Dundalk, Ireland for a bit of “Ceol agus Craic” (music and fun)) and say hello!

I create Fine Art Prints...

from my original Paintings, Photographs & Digital sources onto a wide variety of materials including Fine Art Papers & Canvas, using Epson printers with pigmented inks for beautiful colours with exceptional longevity and can print up to 44” wide x any length. I also use a Roland printer which uses Eco - Solvent inks which produces outstanding prints for mounting on Rigid sheeting like metal & plastic.

My longest print (so far) was about 9 x 1 metres, but expect most of our customers to be happy with something to fit into a regular size room!
